In 2020, we have been having daily discussions with people who are actually trying out and using Beatrust to see what kind of value we can bring to autonomous collaboration.

In the midst of our discussions, we noticed that many companies and organizations have a specific scenes when they start collaborating - when individuals want to "do something together" with colleagues, want to ask questions or ask for help in their work, or want to ask if anyone is interested in something.

The easier it is to reach out to employees who have skills, experience, or interest in the matter you want help in, the easier it will be for employees to collaborate and share their knowledge. Accumulating the data and information used to solve problems and enhance collaborations will allow anyone to access it easily in the future.

In April 2021, Beatrust will deliver Beatrust Ask, a place where employees can easily reach out to others where they can ask for help from their peers and, in return, respond to others' requests in areas they are familiar with, based on the visualized information of human resources.
