Q: How does shipping work?

A: Jacky will release the available orders to ship batch by batch and provide a Google Form for you to fill in your shipping address and PayPal email for the invoice

Once it’s shipped and tracking number is given to Jacky, he will then invoice you - please see Invoice and Tracking FAQs for more

- A: Shipping sequence: PC, Silver, Black, White, Blue, Pink, Brass
- If your Bear(s) has/have multiple colors, wait for all of your colors are available to ship
- Current available colors: PC, Silver, Black, White, Blue
- Q: How do I know if my order has shipped?
- A: If you have received your DHL tracking text OR an invoice from Jacky, your order is in the hands of DHL and is in the transit process. If you have not received either of these, then your order likely hasn't been shipped. Please be patient as invoices/texts may sometimes go out on a rolling basis instead of all at once - so sometimes you will receive the DHL text before your invoice, and vice versa.
- DHL tracking texts tend to be triggered/are sent out once your Bear has been processed at the DHL warehouse/sorting facility which can take up to 3-7 days from when your Bear was first dropped off.
- If you received your tracking from Jacky before receiving the actual DHL text, your tracking may not reflect that it's at the warehouse - even though it is there. Jacky will not send you an invoice unless your Bear is already with DHL.
- Q: Can I see a step-by-step breakdown of the shipping process?
If it has been over 7 days since you received and paid for your invoice, and your tracking status has not updated, you may dm Jacky to see if he has any updated information.
- He may tell you that your order hasn't been shipped yet - aka it's still waiting for plane availability - in this scenario 'shipped' means: 'on a plane and in transit to its destination'.
