GENERAL REMINDER: Non-logo Bears are frequently shipped after the main larger batches of logo Bears. All non-logo Bears do not always go out in the same batch. Patience is appreciated if you have a non-logo Bear.

For clarity: the DHL warehouse we keep referring to is the DHL sorting facility - This is different from Jacky's own facility where he packages your Bears!
Q: How does shipping work?
A: Jacky will release the available orders to ship batch by batch and provide a Google Form for you to fill in your shipping address and PayPal email for the invoice
Your order will be shipped in a few days after you filled out the form
Once it’s shipped and tracking number is given to Jacky, he will then invoice you - please see Invoice and Tracking FAQs for more
