• Brief Introduction: AICDS(AI Command Decision Support for Future Ground Operation) is Project organized by ADD (Agency for Defense Development) to research and develop AI-based commander assisting technology from analyzing situations to suggest final level military plan. AICDS consists of 5 main components, and I participated in “BDT” (Battlefield Digital Twin) and “BDT(Battlefield Digital Twin) based COA(Course of Action) Analysis”(BCA) project. “BDT” project is to develop battlefield digital twin simulator to simulate real world battlefield situation and offer various interfaces and functions to other related components for analysis.
• Main Role:
  • Develop modeling and unit behavior infrastructure based on behavior tree.
  • Modify and update simulator for efficient AI model’s learning such as light weighting or parallelism.
  • Construct interfaces and additional functions for AI learning and inferencing.
