Put olive oil in pan on low heat. Put garlic in warmed up oil. The garlic needs to sit in the olive oil for a little bit. Add can of tomatoes in pan. Take 1 cup of water and rinse inside of can of tomatoes with the water and add to the pan.

Let everything heat up, while it's heating up, add oregano, sea salt, black peppers, and red crushed peppers to the pan. Bring pan heat up to half way between low and medium. Now stir occasionally.

Once everything in the pan is bubbling consistently, add basil leaves on top without mixing them in. Wait until leaves are wilted.

Once leaves are wilted, put lid on pan and check every 3-4 minutes to make sure nothing is stuck at the bottom by stirring.

Leave it like this for 10-15 minutes while spaghetti noodles are boiled.

For spaghetti - boil water with salt in it. Once water is boiled, put pasta in the water. Let it boil until the pasta feels good to eat then scoop into the pan with the marinara sauce.
