Built 2000 rupee computers for village kids, that they could hook into their CRT TVs and learn with. Hired team of 3 interns, created curriculum and handbook around this programme. Partnered with Balaji Sampath from Aid India in Tamil Nadu for scaling up. Applied for CSR grants etc.

This project eventually fizzled out, when we couldn't find enough CSR funding to support us, and the inability of the current education system to accomodate such a curriculum.

The failure reasons were pretty close to why the OLPC schemes by multiple governments have failed, the inadequacy in the educational system.
