Username & Password

All Lending Partners have an account created in the software. To log-in you will need to use your email address and hit "Forgot Password." This will send a password reset email directly to your email for you to set your individualized password. If this does not work, please contact us by emailing us [email protected] (Consumer Loans) or [email protected] (Commercial Loans).

Note: If the borrower needs to update the email address they use to log-in, please contact us directly using the appropriate email noted above to facilitate that change.

Referrals

Lending Partners submit the referrals by hitting "New Agreement" in the top right hand corner of the dashboard once logged in. To complete the Referral Application, you will need to upload a completed Referral Form. Templates for these forms are with the associated program in the Qualification Criteria Section for either Consumer Lending or Commercial Lending.

Compatibility

The loan application process is also compatible with computers, tablets, and smartphones.

Loan Application

The borrower will need to log-in to fill out their personal and financial information for the loan application. As the Lending Partner, you will not be filling that information out for them. You can support them to do this by using the instructions provided in the section titled Application Process for Consumer Loans and the section titled Application Process for Commercial Loans.

Note: If the borrower deleted or can't find the original referral email to start their application, the borrower will simply have to go to **https://communitycreditlab.loanwell.com/** and select "Sign Up" using the same email the Lending Partner used.

Signing Loan Documents

Reviewing and accepting the loan offer, along with signing any loan documents will all take place in the Loan Management Software. Once a decision has been made on the loan, the borrower will receive an email that directs them to log-in and review the decision and sign the loan documents. You (as a Lending Partner) will also have the ability to sign the document as a witness, through the Loan Management Software.

Loan Disbursements & Repayments

We will ACH loan funds directly to the borrower's account and payments will debited using ACH from their account when due. As a part of the loan documents, borrowers sign an ACH authorization agreement to give us permission to do so.

In order to ACH the disbursement and payments, the borrower will be directed to use a third party software (Plaid) to provide their bank account details in a secured and encrypted format. Community Credit Lab never sees an individual's bank detail information directly.

If a borrower needs to adjust a payment date or amount when the time comes for them to make a payment, they will need to contact us by emailing either [email protected] (consumer loans) or [email protected] (commercial loans) or calling or texting (253)693-0008. Payment changes will need to be shared at least 2-business days in advance of when the actual payment is due.
