Micro‑Timings

• Greet bar guest: within 1 minute
• Ticket acknowledgment: within 30 seconds of print
• Classic cocktail build: 60–90 seconds
• Check back after first sip: within 2 minutes

Core Responsibilities

• Welcome and close the loop for bar guests end‑to‑end
• Produce accurate, consistent cocktails and all beverages for the floor
• Prioritize service tickets while staying present with bar guests
• Maintain menu knowledge and preparation methods
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and safe throughout service
