- Produce accurate, consistent cocktails and all beverages for the floor
- Prioritize service tickets while staying present with bar guests
- Maintain menu knowledge and preparation methods
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and safe throughout service
Micro‑Timings
- Greet bar guest: within 1 minute
- Ticket acknowledgment: within 30 seconds of print
- Classic cocktail build: 60–90 seconds
- Check back after first sip: within 2 minutes

3 bottles House Pinot Noir
1 bottle Sangria (keep bottle)
2 cups cranberry juice
¾ cup simple syrup
Prepare in the Sangria jug behind the bar as needed during service. Reserve empty Sangria mix bottles for Spritzer.
Seasonal Spritzer
Equal Parts:
lemon juice
lime juice
grapefruit juice
Prepare in a clean, empty Sangria bottle. Keep three (3) of these bottles prepared and available in the water fridge.
