Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BananaBomb (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BananaBomb is an iOS application that helps users review and delete unwanted photos from their camera roll using on-device machine learning. The App analyzes photos locally on your device to assist in organizing your photo library.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

BananaBomb offers 200 free photo reviews. After that, one of the following purchase options is required to continue:

One-time lifetime purchase at the price displayed at the time of purchase
Yearly auto-renewable subscription at the price displayed at the time of purchase

4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation Policy

For auto-renewable subscriptions:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase
