Welcome to BaiBai (the “App”), a web application operated by Spire Labs Inc. (“Spire Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The App enables users to swap certain digital tokens on the Base blockchain network by routing trades through liquidity defined by professional market makers using the BaiBai system.

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use the App you must:

• Not be subject to sanctions under applicable laws
