This system will provide a csv file with a file of all of your backorders that are currently outstanding, this can be provided via email or via an FTP server

To use this notification method you’ll need:

• An FTP account provided by Nedis or you must have provided Nedis with the correct details where we can collect and import the file or a valid email address.

Format

• Extension: csv
• Encoding: utf-8
• Field separator: ; (Semicolon)
• Text delimiter: “ (Double quote)
