Who can create backlog items?

• PO & team
• No backlog item created without tagging PO. PO has ultimate responsibility or backlog items, with the exception of bugs.

Where can I find the template for backlog items?

• Backlog items are created from agreed template

How do we deal with bugs?

• Bugs are initially handled by QA and DEV and either fixed in scope of the backlog item, if out of scope, separate bug is logged.
• Bugs that are out of scope of the backlog items in the sprint are prioritised by PO but QA makes an effort to inform PO on impact severity.
• High priority bugs can be added to the current sprint.

How do we deal with sprints?

• No work item can be added to the current sprint without knowledge of PO and agreement of the team.
• Development steps are mapped in Tasks (Code review, Testing...)
• Based on complexity of the item DEV creates 1 or 2 Code review tasks, reviewers assign tasks for themselves once picked up, in case of finding (DEV/QA), tasks are moved back from DONE to TO DO state for new review and testing
