Once a candidate finishes all the onboarding assignments for either of the tracks, they get an opportunity to work as an engineer at one of the LIVE products.
This experience allows them to contribute to a live project and highlight it during their subsequent job interviews. Also, by working in a team with experienced engineers helps the candidate to find confidence in their technical and communication abilities.
