Scope of Role and Experience

As a Backend Software Engineer, you will:

• Play a critical role in developing, scaling, and expanding a platform that serves the global regulatory needs of the pharma industry.
• Design and build robust APIs from the ground up using modern Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django).
• Own the development of GenAI applications, including prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and RAG-based data pipelines.
• Deploy and scale containerized applications within enterprise-grade cloud environments (AWS).
• Architect CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi) to ensure seamless production deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and medical writers to translate ambiguous regulatory requirements into technical solutions.

You have:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on scalable backend systems.
