Scope of Role and Experience
As a Backend Software Engineer, you will:
- Play a critical role in developing, scaling, and expanding a platform that serves the global regulatory needs of the pharma industry.
- Design and build robust APIs from the ground up using modern Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django).
- Own the development of GenAI applications, including prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and RAG-based data pipelines.
- Deploy and scale containerized applications within enterprise-grade cloud environments (AWS).
- Architect CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi) to ensure seamless production deployments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and medical writers to translate ambiguous regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
You have:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on scalable backend systems.
