By downloading, installing, or using BabyGen AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

In case of conflict, Apple's EULA shall prevail.

2. Description of Service

BabyGen AI is an entertainment-only application that uses artificial intelligence to:

• Generate fictional baby face images based on parent photos
• Create artistic future appearance simulations
• Provide pregnancy appearance previews
• Suggest baby names for inspiration
• Provide baby gender predictions using traditional folklore methods
• Offer pregnancy week tracking with AI-generated educational content

All outputs — including images, predictions, gender results, and pregnancy content — are fictional, AI-generated, and created solely for entertainment. No feature in this app provides medical, clinical, or scientific results.
