This privacy policy applies to the BabyBloom app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Value Makers Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience and provide certain features. The AI components may process user data to deliver personalized content, recommendations, or automated functionalities. All AI processing is performed in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable laws. If you have questions about the AI features or data processing, please contact the Service Provider.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Facial and Ultrasound Image Data

The Application allows you to voluntarily upload ultrasound images or facial photographs of parents to generate AI-predicted baby portraits using third-party Artificial Intelligence services (Google Gemini API).

• Collection: The Application collects only the images you explicitly choose to upload. No images are captured automatically or without your consent.
• Use: Uploaded images are used solely to generate a baby portrait. We do not build facial recognition profiles, perform biometric identification, or use your images for AI model training or any other purpose.
• Transmission: Your images are transmitted from the Application to our Supabase Edge Function, which acts as a stateless proxy — it forwards your images to Google's Gemini API and returns the generated result. Our server does not retain, log, or store any copy of your uploaded images.
• Third-Party Processing: Google's Gemini API processes your images in real-time to generate the baby portrait. Google's handling of this data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Generative AI Terms.
• Storage: Uploaded images are not stored on our servers. They exist only in memory for the duration of the API request (typically a few seconds) and are discarded immediately after the generated portrait is returned. Generated portraits are stored only on your device's local storage.
• Retention: Server-side retention of uploaded images is zero. Generated portraits remain on your device until you uninstall the Application or manually delete them.
• Sharing: Uploaded images are shared only with Google's Gemini API for the sole purpose of portrait generation. No facial or ultrasound image data is shared with any other third party.
