These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Babe We Should mobile app ("App") and any services provided through it (collectively, the "Service"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Babe We Should. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

To use the App, you'll sign in with Google or Apple. Keep your login secure — you're responsible for any activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@babeweshould.com.

3. What You Can Do

Babe We Should helps couples save date ideas, take photos together, and share memories privately with each other. Features may change over time.

4. What You Can't Do

Don't misuse the App or attempt to harm others. That means no:

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to hack the App
• Using the App for anything illegal or deceptive
• Violating applicable laws or the rights of others

If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your access at any time, at our discretion.
