A. Direct Messages (DMs)

Execution Steps:

  1. Test current DM flow (send, receive, timestamps)

  2. Identify UI bugs (alignment, spacing, avatar issues)

  3. Fix message rendering issues

  4. Confirm read receipts and delivery status work

  5. Push at least one micro-fix from each mobile dev

  6. Re-test after fixes

B. Channel Chats

Execution Steps:

  1. Open existing channel chats and perform end-to-end testing

  2. Check input field behavior

  3. Validate real-time message updates

  4. Correct any UI inconsistencies (fonts, color, margins)

  5. Push commits for fixes

  6. Final regression testing with QA
