Overview

As part of HackCulture’s hiring hackathon campaign, HC Buddies will support the ecosystem by spreading awareness within relevant student and women-focused tech communities. This initiative helps ensure the opportunity reaches the right talent pool across colleges and grassroots networks.

Objective

• Amplify reach of the hiring hackathon within women-focused and student communities
• Enable stronger college connections by collecting TPO contact details
• Strengthen HackCulture’s presence at the grassroots ecosystem level

What HC Buddies Will Do

• Share the official hackathon message (provided by HackCulture in the Buddy Group)
• Post in ~20 relevant WhatsApp groups or communities
• Share the message twice a week for 2 weeks (total 4 shares)
• Focus primarily on women-centric tech & student groups
• Collect and submit Training & Placement Officer (TPO) details via the form below
