I participated in the program in the summer of 2020, The program is about 3 months between June to August.
Birthright Excel is the lifelong business fellowship that engages talented Jewish young adults interested in making a tangible impact in business, tech, entrepreneurship, the Jewish community, and the State of Israel. Excel Fellows join the community after being selected for a competitive 10-week professional summer experience in Israel. All Fellows participate in workshops with professionals from a variety of sectors of Israeli society, leadership training, and weekend excursions.
Excel pairs each abroad participant with an Israeli participant, who provides a personal bridge to Israeli society, potential partnerships, and lifelong friendship.
