1. How many users start sending messages from Posts?
2. Where are users starting to send messages from Posts? (Help Board, Profile list of Posts, Post Detail Page)
3. How many users finish sending a message after they've started a message? (click "Submit" after they complete adding message info)
4. How many people go on to view inbox from the message submission pop-up?

Future: how many users send messages via Posts verses sending directly from Profile page (and not list of Posts on Profile)
