Introduction

$BERT staking is a fun introduction to web3 decentralised finance (DEFI) where $BERT holders can stake their $BERT tokens and their official $BERT NFTs into an audited smart contract on the Solana blockchain. The tokens and NFTs will be locked for a period of time in a decentralised escrow account, after which the $BERT holder can claim their initial staked amount plus a reward for locking their position. The entire process is completely managed by the smart contract with no central intermediary interacting with the staked position.
