• Brief Introduction: AICDS(AI Command Decision Support for Future Ground Operation) is Project organized by ADD (Agency for Defense Development) to research and develop AI-based commander assisting technology from analyzing situations to suggest final level military plan. AICDS consists of 5 main components, and I participated in “BDT” (Battlefield Digital Twin) and “BDT(Battlefield Digital Twin) based COA(Course of Action) Analysis”(BCA) project. “BDT based COA analysis” project is to analyze battlefield and recommend best plan generated by artificial intelligences based on BDT.
• Main Role:
  • Develop modeling and unit behavior infrastructure based on behavior tree.
  • Modify and update simulator for efficient AI model’s learning such as light weighting or parallelism.
  • Build prototype of learning environment and model from establish network connection between simulator and learning environment to post-processing of model outputs for proper simulator action requests.
