1. Added support for Push notification icons for Android apps instead of the default bell icon provided by the OS

Plugin Improvements

1. You no longer need to use the BN - remove loading screen and BN - refresh app info workflows on page load. They are automatically executed
2. Added the option to use raw url i.e. without url decoding & additional params on the BN - open link workflow step. This helps in deeplinking to launch other apps with complex content and url schemes
3. Behind the scenes improvement for the build process automations, to make releasing features incrementally easier going forward
