What you'll do
As part of the Avionics team at Aule, you will be responsible for the design, prototyping, testing, assembly, and validation of the spacecraft/payload digital hardware.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop space and radiation-tolerant and highly reliable electronics
- Bring-up, debugging, and validation of boards and modules
- Generate fab/assembly packages and close DFM/DFA feedback
- Analyze digital avionics subcomponents, run trade studies, and manage vendor procurement
What we look for
Minimum requirements
- Hands-on PCB designing and understanding of communication protocols
- Proficiency in Altium/KiCad
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with high-speed interfaces
- Basic Python for test automation and data logging
- Prior work in student satellite teams or tech teams, building collaboratively
