The information entered into the encounter is shared to the case so that the case participants can keep track of the new parties and fees. This simplifies the lien filling process because the system allows for you to export any such request or documents to all parties involved even if they are not Metaclinic users.
Each case has a case export page that summarizes and totals the medical expenditure automatically.
