This formula enables you to automatically calculate the date (& time) when you should make your next call / follow up action, based on the date of your last call / action.

Unfortunately Notion doesn't give you the option to use the in-built reminders feature to set reminders that're due on the date that's displayed in a formula field.

But what you can do instead is create a filtered Linked Database (the table under the Upcoming Calls header), to show you the calls that're due today, tomorrow or overdue, for example. Then you can add that to your dashboard so that you can quickly check whether you need to make any follow up calls today.
