PhotoGrid receives 100+ emails from user's feedback a day. Manual categorize the feedbacks often cause too much time and also lack of efficiency. How to capture the specific feedbacks more precisely for the team to conduct product development?

🎯 Product Goal

  1. Classify specific emails along with capturing the keyword from the feedback
  2. Enhance the efficiency for product managers to sort out the specific user feedback

💪 Responsibilities

My role was to define the top 5 categories that user feedback the most and whether the categories matches the product's future development. At last, collaborated with the Backend Engineer:
