AutoTrack – Privacy Policy

AutoTrack is a job-tracking Chrome extension that helps users save and organize job applications.

1) What information we collect

AutoTrack only collects information that the user explicitly inputs or chooses to save, such as:

• Job title
• Company name
• Job URL
• User email & password for login (used only for authentication)

We do not collect browsing history.

We never read other websites or scrape pages automatically without your action.

2) How information is used

Saved job data is sent securely to AutoTrack’s backend API only for the purpose of:

• Storing job applications for the user
• Displaying them in the user’s dashboard
• Providing personalized job tracking features inside the user’s own account

We do not sell or share user data with any advertisers or third-party analytics services.

3) Authentication & Security

Passwords are never stored by the extension.

Authentication is done through secure HTTPS to the AutoTrack server.
