Tone of Voice
Brand Voice: The brand’s “voice” sounds caring, friendly, cozy, and steady.
What we use: Emoji
Text style and rhythm: Calm and caring, like a conversation with a friend or loved one. No slang, easy, and simple.
Use up to 2–3 sentences per paragraph of text. Calm rhythm. We advise something with love, not “sell”

Cons
- Daily posts, but the lack of stories reduces the dynamics of interaction with subscribers.
- Pinned posts clearly provide information about gift sets, but lack limited offers or promotions that stimulate a quick decision.
- There is no single design style, now all the fonts and styles are very different and there is no visual integrity of the brand.
