From the Quickteller Business dashboard, you can track all the activities carried out by a user of a business. This gives them visibility into all that is happening on the Quickteller business dashboard for extra security and accountability.

Every action that is taken by a user will appear in the audit logs which means the business is able to see who did what and when.

<aside> ❗ Audit logs are only visible to users that are able to view and edit Business settings and preferences in the team management section. By default, all Admins can view Audit logs

  1. Filter Audit Logs

    Business users or Auditors are able to filter audit logs by the user who carried out the action, by the action that was carried out as well as the date this action was taken

    2. View Log details

    If you click on a particular action on your audit log, you get additional information, such as the user's name, email, IP address, browser, operating system and the exact time this action was taken.
