🔴 Ensure other programs are turned off

Close out all other video conferencing programs and windows: Skype, Webex, Zoom, Google Meets etc.  And then refresh the browser window

🎥 Ensure correct camera/mic input

Open the user menu by clicking on your own avatar

Click the “gear” icon for camera/mic settings

Use the drop down to select the right camera, mic, and speaker like you would in Zoom

🎧 Ensure camera is allowed in Chrome

Locate the camera icon in the address bar of the browser (where the URL is)

Click and press “Continue to allow” or “Allow” camera access

Refresh the browser window
