Steps Guide

1. Audience Panel

• You will be able to search for your contact list here

  

• You will be able to filter out the contacts using tags, message sent and message received here。

  

  

• At the search bar you may search for the contact number using name or phone number or tags

  

• You can click on the + button to add a tag on your selected contact number

  

2. How to tag my contact by message History?

Step 1: Click on the top right corner「+」，and click 「Tag by Message History」

Step 2: select the keyword that you would like to filter out and select the date you may include rules example :

Condtions：All messages, or messages sent by me, or messages received
