Session Objective

Verify whether the new attorney hub low-coverage damages tile was using the right data after Sam noted Trent should have 13+ matters with minimum known coverage at or below $25,000 and damages over $15,000.

Findings

• The field was correct: Minimum_Total_Min_Known_Coverage_Single__c is the live Matter field labeled Total Known Coverage.
• The earlier tile filter was too narrow because it required litify_pm__Matter_Stage_Activity__r.Name = 'Treatment'.
• Trent had only 1 open Treatment-stage matter with damages at least $15,000 and known coverage at or below $25,000.
• Trent had 16 open matters across all stages with damages at least $15,000 and known coverage at or below $25,000.
• Retrieved Trent Team - A Treating 25k Coverage report metadata. It filters Treatment, A/A+, and coverage 0.01 to 25000, but it does not filter damages over $15,000, so it is not the same metric as the tile.

Correction Deployed

• Changed the first Caseload Details tile to count all open matters, not Treatment-only matters, with:
  • litify_pm__Total_Damages__c >= 15000
  • Minimum_Total_Min_Known_Coverage_Single__c > 0
  • Minimum_Total_Min_Known_Coverage_Single__c <= 25000
• Changed visible label from Tx $15k+ / <=$25k Cov to Damages $15k+ / <=$25k Cov.
• Renamed the Apex/key surface from treatmentDamages15kLowCoverage to damages15kLowCoverage.
• Left the second tile, C Tx > 100 Incident Days, Treatment-specific.
