Changes

• Replaced the mixed top overview panels/strips with a six-card headline grid.
• Cards render 3 across and 2 full rows, avoiding the empty second-row space issue.
• Cards include label, large value, helper text, and Open source link.
• Headline cards: Time on Desk, Settlements YTD, Fees YTD, New Cases 30 Day, Offers, Demands Pending Review.
• Kept the Risk Radar row and Caseload strip below the headline cards.
• Aligned Payton's caseload strip sizing with Jon's larger wrapped tile treatment.
