Session Objective

Add more high-on-page Caseload Details tiles across the Litify attorney hubs for cases in treatment with damages of at least $15,000 and known minimum insurance of $25,000 or less, plus C-rated treatment cases more than 100 days from incident.

Work Completed

• Live-grounded the work against LITIFY_ORG as sam@kylawoffice.com.
• Confirmed the needed live fields exist on litify_pm__Matter__c: litify_pm__Total_Damages__c, Minimum_Total_Min_Known_Coverage_Single__c, Case_Rating__c, Days_Since_Incident__c, litify_pm__Matter_Stage_Activity__c, and litify_pm__Status__c.
• Added two SOQL-backed controller values to all eight attorney hub Overview controllers: treatmentDamages15kLowCoverage and treatmentCRatingOver100IncidentDays.
• Added two Caseload Details tiles to all eight Overview LWCs immediately after Treatment: Tx $15k+ / <=$25k Cov and C Tx > 100 Incident Days.
• Styled the new tiles with Foundry warm alert and rose warning treatments under the existing Caseload Details panel.
• Updated all eight Overview controller tests to assert the new keys are present.
• Added a dated note to docs/litify-environment-diary.md with filters, counts, QA evidence, caveats, and rollback path.

• Scope: eight Overview controllers, eight matching controller tests, and eight Overview LWC bundles.
• Result: succeeded.
• Components: 24 of 24 deployed.
• Tests: 39 of 39 specified tests passed, 0 failures.

QA Evidence

• git diff --check passed for the edited controllers, tests, and Overview LWC files.
• Source scan confirmed all eight controllers, tests, and Overview LWCs contain the new keys and labels.
• Direct SOQL QA matched the new helper filters. Current live counts:
  • Tx $15k+ / <=$25k Cov: Abigail 1, Austin 2, Jimmy 5, Nick 3, Terry 3, Trent 1, Payton 0, Jon 0.
  • C Tx > 100 Incident Days: Trent 4, all other sampled attorneys 0.
