Required safety scope: duplicate suppression, no cold birthday texts, prior two-way SMS history requirement, minor suppression, deceased suppression, email fallback, and a birthday email task action.

• Permission-set follow-up deploy 0AfUV000001YkFx0AK succeeded and granted Attorney_Hubs_Access read/edit access to Account.Birthday_Text_Opt_Out__c.
• Payton and Nick Client Service hubs now include birthday rows from current matters and resolved settlement matters under the attorney, with duplicate clients suppressed.
• Birthday SMS draft buttons are available only when safety gates pass. Suppressed clients get clear reasons and email fallback when email exists.
• Added a create-email-task action for email fallback cases. It creates a Matter-linked Task with the client email and suggested birthday message.

Deceased backfill

• Live Matter formula fields already existed: litify_pm__Matter__c.IsDeceased__c, IsMinor__c, and Client_Email__c.
• Backfilled 37 Accounts where Date_of_Death__c was populated but litify_pm__lit_Is_Deceased__c was false or blank.
• Bulk API job: 750UV00000ndQEYYA2.
• Result: 37 processed, 0 failed.
• Post-backfill Account deceased mismatch count: 0.
• Post-backfill Matter formula mismatch count: 0.
• Matter IsDeceased__c = true count increased from 241 to 249.
