📞 Call-off and Tardiness
Notify the Manager on Duty (MoD) as soon as possible, ideally 2 hours before your shift if you cannot work.
Tardiness is any arrival after your scheduled start time.
Repeated lateness or missed shifts impacts scheduling and may lead to discipline.
🤧 Illness
Absences of 3+ consecutive days require a doctor's note confirming inability to work and clearance to return.
Management may request a doctor's note when there is a pattern of frequent absences.
🏖️ PTO and Sick Leave
Eligible full-time employees accrue PTO. Submit PTO requests before the schedule is posted.
You may use PTO or sick leave for illness. Absences of 3+ days require documentation.
