Niamey: What's up, everybody? It's your girl, Niamey and Kim. And we're here with digging in with Niamey. If this is your first time on the pod, welcome, if you've been here before welcome back, family. Kim, how are you?

Kim: Hi, everybody. Welcome back. I hope everyone one's having a joyous may if you're in Arizona, the weather is quite hot with two T's. It's not all triple TS yet, but it's well on its way. How are you doing Niamey

Niamey: I'm great, thanks.

Kim: Why are you breathing like that (laughs)

Niamey: I had to breathe.

Kim: That dramatically?

Niamey: It wasn't very dramatic.

Kim: Are you a mouth breather?

Niamey: No. Are you a mouth breather? Aren't we all? Actually, we all breathe through our mouth, but now, I breathe through my nose

Kim: I was listening to the show earlier today. They were talking about mouth breathers, and that they're the worst kind of people. You have to really love someone.

Niamey: Yeah, it's annoying.

Kim: I don't think I've ever paid attention. So now I'm going to really be watching to see if someone is a mouth breather.

Niamey: My father is, this man. I'll be like, can you even breathe? It sounds like he's really struggling, girl, he just got done working out every day, all day long.

Kim: So now I'm going to start paying attention to that. I never thought of it before.

Niamey: Definitely. Definitely have. But hey, y'all. So today's the day we're supposed to be talking about Brene Brown and Atlas of the Heart. However, we will not. Why aren't we, though, Kim?

Kim: Because you didn't finish it either.

Niamey: Yeah. No, that is true. I have not.

Kim: But your girl tried to watch it, and the best way I can put it, it's not my cup of tea. If you're into sessions listening to people talk science and just talk good conversation. If you're like a super deep intellectual or even just someone who enjoys, like, Ted talks for fun, right up your alley for me, not my cup of tea. I tried. I really tried to get into it, but I couldn't. And I couldn't sit there for as long as those episodes were. But again, not to discredit it, it's just not my cup of tea or soda or lemonade. But I encourage you, again, if you like to sit, listen to, like, Ted talks. As I had mentioned, this would be something maybe right up your alley. Ted talks aren't for me either. It would have to be extremely, extremely interesting,

Niamey: This is definitely my type of, you know.
