Core Doctrine

• AthenAI Control Plane = nerve center. Owns ALL business logic, workflow definitions, policy, versioning, orchestration.
• Genspark = cognitive engine. Powers research, synthesis, audits, content, media, proposals. Called BY AthenAI.
• HighLevel = tenant execution substrate. CRM, contacts, pipelines, payments, conversations, calendars, integrations.
• Notion = memory plane. SOPs, brand bibles, client OS, audit archives.
• WordPress + Kadence + Cloudways = default publishing layer (Shopify + others supported).
• Stripe = independent financial source of truth.
• Xero/QBO/Wave = accounting and reconciliation.
• Zapier = Tier 3 fallback connector for edge cases.

Three-Tier Automation Hierarchy

Tier 1 — AthenAI + Genspark (Brain): Centrally controlled. Strategy, decisions, cross-system orchestration. Update once → everywhere.

Tier 2 — HighLevel Native (Reflexes): Fast-twitch, event-driven, millisecond latency. Reflexes, not decisions.

Tier 3 — Zapier (Adapter): Fallback only. Edge-case integrations.
