Full-time W-2 employees (working 30+ hours per week) are eligible benefits as well as their dependents (spouses, domestic partners, and children), temporary or seasonal employees are excluded. Dependents cannot enroll for coverage unless the employee has enrolled. With a few exceptions, employees who are on unpaid leave may be ineligible for benefits until they return to work, unless required by law.

<aside> 💡 How do I enroll? You will either need to enroll or waive our options through Rippling as a part of your onboarding during your first week. Once enrolled, you will be able to view your elections in your Rippling profile.
