• Medicaid takes 15 business days (~21 calendar days) and is required for two payers (Humana, Cigna).
• Medicare submissions will start first to minimize downstream delays.
• Medicare and Medicaid (no dependencies) will be submitted in batches of 20 states/week, starting 10/27/2025.
• All states are equal in complexity and priority; order of submission is flexible.
• Multiple owners will manage payer approvals; each can filter their assigned states.
• Future upgrades (with paid Notion) could add automations for unblocked and projected submission dates.
