Creating an Individual Workout Schedule

  1. In the Assign tab; click Groups/Schedules in the upper right hand corner
  2. Click the plus sign
  3. Name the schedule whatever you would like and click the dropdown arrow; select Athletes
  4. Select the athlete who you would live to assign to
  5. Click Save

The workout schedule is now created for you to assign workouts to an individual athlete.
