Next i assigned permissions to user/groups and choose the accounts they can access to enable cross accounts access.

Since i have just a user, whom i added to the admin group, i gave Cosmos access to both accounts (Damilola0407 and Dynamic Initiative).

Here i choose admin group since i have added cosmos to admin group.

Since i have only one user whom i have assigned as admin, i gave this user all the permission sets i created.
