Section overview:
Ashby Mobile allows you to manage your candidate pipeline on the go. You can use it take the following actions:
To access Ashby on mobile, open your mobile browser and navigate to http://app.ashbyhq.com/signin or m.ashbyhq.com/signin. Next, sign in to Ashby using Google Sign in or Microsoft Sign in. Once signed in, you can add Ashby to your home screen for fast access.

When you initially log into Ashby, the home page will show any upcoming interviews and any overdue feedback (listed as Tasks). The navigation bar at the top of the page will allow you to view:
1) Interviews: View upcoming interviews and tasks to provide feedback.
2) Tasks: View upcoming interviews and tasks to provide feedback.
3) Jobs: View the jobs that you are on the hiring team for and have access to.
4) Search: Pull up a specific job by title, or candidate profile by the candidate’s name.
5) Use this to view the account you are logged into and to sign out.
When logging in, you can view any upcoming interviews. Click on any upcoming interview to view the briefing.
The briefing will show the interview details, the candidate information (including their resume and summary if available). The interviewer instructions and the hiring team are also displayed.
Once the interview is complete, fill out the feedback form immediately to keep the process moving. You can click Provide Feedback within the interview details to access the feedback form.
Feedback Form Tasks
If you log in post-interview, you can click on any of the feedback tasks to complete the feedback form. The interview details will be shown but the interviewer instructions will not be displayed within the task information.
