  • A: 현재 영어(ENG), 한국어(KOR), 일본어(JPN), 중국어(CHN), 스페인어(ESP), 프랑스어(FRA) 총 6개 국어를 지원하며 앱 내 설정에서 언제든 변경 가능합니다.

    Art Storage currently supports six languages: English (ENG), Korean (KOR), Japanese (JPN), Chinese (CHN), Spanish (ESP), and French (FRA). You can switch your preferred language at any time in the app settings.

• Q: 인보이스와 작품 보증서(COA)는 어떻게 발행하나요? / How do I issue invoices and Certificates of Authenticity (COA)?

  • A: 작품 목록(List)에서 원하는 작품들을 선택한 후, 하단의 'Invoice' 또는 'Report/Certi' 버튼을 누르면 즉시 PDF로 생성하여 저장하거나 공유할 수 있습니다.

    Go to the 'List' screen, select the desired items, and tap the 'Invoice' or 'Report/Certi' button at the bottom. You can immediately generate, save, or share these as PDF files.

• Q: 아티스트와 갤러리 플랜의 차이는 무엇인가요? / What is the difference between Artist and Gallery accounts?

  • A: 등록할 수 있는 작품의 수의 차이가 있습니다. 아티스트는 본인의 작품을 직접 등록하고 관리하며, 갤러리는 여러 아티스트의 작품을 통합 관리하고 데이터 전송 요청을 받을 수 있는 기능을 제공합니다.

    Artist accounts are designed for creators to register and manage their own portfolios. Gallery accounts allow users to manage multiple artists' works collectively and handle data transfer requests from artists.

• Q: 구독 결제 및 환불은 어떻게 하나요? / How can I manage my subscription or request a refund?

  • A: 모든 구독 결제 및 환불 요청은 Apple 또는 구글의 정책에 따라 앱 스토어를 통해 안전하게 관리됩니다. 환불이 필요하신 경우 Apple 또는 구글의 '문제 신고' 페이지를 이용해 주세요.

    All subscription payments and refund requests are securely managed by Apple or Google through the App Store or Google Play Store. If you need a refund, please visit Apple's 'Report a Problem' page to submit your request.
