This is our ArtHub! Here you can find anything related to visuals, ranging from pretty pictures to process! Artists can track progress for each asset, using the template provided.

The goal for this is to keep track of all our asset progress.
This essentially turns this whole thing into a Miro, a dev-log and a regular asset list all in one!
It seems daunting at first but all of these different boxes talk to each other! They keeping track of different things like the type of asset and whoโs been assigned.

Here you can see all the annotation, notes and process for each asset discovered within crystal chaos. This area consists of 2 sections; The first being an asset gallery containing all the assets in the game, broken up between the first and second trimesters. The latter half documents the working databases and systems in place for artists, allocating assets, designating priority, and displaying important information to allow us to work effectively. While having so many people to coordinate was initially a difficult task, we was able to organise a system to be implemented and follow through.

These databases are responsible for showing which assets belong to which member of the team. Please note that Tri-1 Task allocation was primarily done through Miro instead of Notion, which means that the second database is a lot more developed in comparison to the first. The advantage of having a database like this was that it allowed us to visualise the same information in multiple different ways, depending on which member of the team was viewing the document. For example, a team lead could quickly browse through the listed database to see which team member is working on what, and using the templates, designate work and assign key information and goals for the task at hand. The progress tracker does what it says on the tin, acting similar to the Miro. This allows unfamiliar members with notion to still be able to use a similar system as to what we was using for the Miro.
