Prior to your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions how to pick up your keys. These are automatically sent three days prior to arrival and again on the morning of your check-in. If you booked at the last minute, these will be manually sent to you after we have received and verified your ID.
We provide a step-by-step guide with photos to try and make your check-in as smooth as possible.

All our listings are easy to find on a GPS if you're driving. We have included any special access instructions as part of a listing's check-in instructions. We recommend both Uber and Lyft as a safe and cost effective form of public transport. In downtown Houston, METRORail also provides cost effective way to travel.
While you do not need a car in Houston, you will likely need to use Uber / Lyft at some point. We provide free parking if you have a car.

Guests will pick up their keys, fobs and parking passes (if required) from a smart lockbox by KeyCafe. You will receive a unique code to pick up your keys as part of your check-in instructions (it's also the same code to return your keys at checkout).
