About the Arbitrum Audit Program

The Arbitrum Audit Program is an initiative designed to support ecosystem projects by providing subsidies for security audits. This program was approved by the Arbitrum DAO , reflecting the community's commitment to fostering a secure and thriving ecosystem. The program is managed by the Arbitrum Audit Committee, comprised currently of the Arbitrum Foundation, Offchain Labs, and an independent security expert. The Audit Committee evaluates applications, manages auditors and oversees the evolution of the program.

To apply to for audit subsidies, kindly fill this form. The program evaluates applications on a rolling basis, so feel free to apply when the time is right for your project.

Application and Update Requirements

To qualify for an audit subsidy, applications must satisfy the following requirements:

  1. Projects must have auditable smart contract code to qualify. We only subsidize audits for smart contracts and not the wider infrastructure.
  2. Only new code, or code that has undergone significant modifications is eligible for an audit subsidy.
  3. Applications should demonstrate a committed alignment with the Arbitrum ecosystem. Audited code must remain exclusive to Arbitrum for a fixed period of time.
