What is changing?

• The protocol supports now multiple data services. We should clarify the data services for which the Arbitration Charter is valid, which are (so far):
• Fisherman can now cancel disputes over the dispute period
• Biggest change is the slash amount when accepting a dispute
• Conflicting query disputes
• Add a clause that allows arbitrators to rule against fisherman (reject a dispute) if they suspect the fisherman is doing a DoS attack/spamming to waste arbitration resources.
• Indexing dispute → POI
• Repeating POIs / double jeopardy
• Matching POI / public POI requirement
