AquaDrop Chronicles ("we," "us," or "our") provides a gamified water tracking experience. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
2. Information Collection and Use
To provide a seamless experience across devices and manage your subscriptions, we offer several sign-in methods. Depending on your choice, we collect:
- Sign in with Apple: We receive a unique user ID and, depending on your choice, your email address (or a private relay email provided by Apple).
- Anonymous Authentication (Firebase Auth): If you choose not to sign in, we assign an anonymous user ID to store your game progress locally and in the cloud. No personal information is collected.
- Health & Wellness Data: We collect the body metrics you provide (weight, height, age, gender, activity level) solely to calculate your personalized daily water goal. This data is stored on your device and optionally backed up to your account in Firebase.
- Game Progress Data (Firestore): We store your hydration logs, streak history, XP, level, earned cards, completed quests and daily goals linked to your account ID.
- Subscription Data (RevenueCat): We track your purchase history and subscription status to grant access to premium content. We do not store credit card information; this is handled by Apple.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to ensure the app functions correctly:
- Google Firebase: For anonymous and Apple authentication, cloud database hosting (Firestore), and crash reporting (Crashlytics).
- RevenueCat: To manage and validate your in-app subscriptions.
- Apple: For "Sign in with Apple" and payment processing.

We use the collected data for the following purposes:
